An anonymous listener (not brave enough) commented on the Gold Panda song ‘there is no feeling in this song, no emotional connection, no poignancy, no love nothing, just an abyss of nothingness’. We disagree.

We did our first major Cabaret shout out. Check out CABARET, Collingwood College THIS WEDNESDAY until Saturday. CHECK IT OUT.

Me and Dave hosted the Collingwood Arts show, so much talent.

What was not good melon? Our old age and memory loss. Preventing us from remembering what our good ‘wngm’ was. it is difficult.

Dave had a little go about being anonymous on the message board ‘you can type in anonymous if you want to type in something funny that isn’t actually funny and you’re scared to say it but you want to say it anyway’. Harsh.

There was an awful lot of love for Owl City. The message board made us VERY HAPPY.

Our friend Ant Collins (Conlin) was listening with a glass of whisky, probably in a winged back chair with a cigar. We thought that was just right.

Lanterns on the lake are from Newcastle. That’s near us. Dave reckons you can get some free downloads off of Last.fm.

What was hip on the 27th? It was Hiut Denim, from Cardigan in Wales. Making high quality jeans with a passion, dream and design that I love. Check out the website, have a look at the year book, and if you have some (lots of) disposable income, buy a pair. They’re doing one thing well, very well.

At Hiut, we want to have ideas that no one has had. We are not here to make up the numbers. We don’t want to play small just because we have started out small.

Gayngs is a collective of 23 musicians including Justin Vernon off of Boniver… it is really cool. Check them out. They played ‘the last prom on earth’ with Prince.
